Deepak Nitrite Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the "Trading Window" for the above purpose shall remain closed from February 07, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive).
