DELTA CORP LTD. - Board recommends Dividend

Delta Corp Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2015, inter alia, has taken following decisions:<BR><BR>- Recommendation of Dividend @ 10% i.e. Re. 0.10/- per Equity Share of Re. 1/- each. The dividend will be paid by the Company to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of approval of the same by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
