DENA BANK - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

We wish to inform you that the Reserve Bank of India, in exercise of power conferred under Section 47 (A) (1) (c) read with section 46 (4) (i) of Banking Regulation Act, 1949, has imposed a penalty of Rs. 20 Million (Rupees Twenty Million Only) on Bank for non-compliance with the directions issued on February 20, 2018 by Reserve Bank of India.<BR> <BR> We request you to take note of the above pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and upload the information on your website.<BR>
