DENA BANK - Board recommends Dividend

Dena Bank has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend of 9% i.e. Rs. 0.90 (Ninety paise) per equity share of Rs.10/- each for the year 2014-2015. The dividend will be paid / dispatched to the shareholders within 15 days of approval by the shareholders, at the Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
