DENA BANK - Closure of Trading Window

Dena Bank has informed that in terms of Dena Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and in view of the Board Meeting scheduled on 9th May, 2017; the Trading Window for dealing in Bank's shares shall remain closed from 2nd May, 2017 to 11th May, 2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The same has already been communicated separately to Directors and Designated Persons.
