DENA BANK - Closure of Trading Window

We would like to inform you that in terms of Dena Bank Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and in view of the Board Meeting to be held on 29.07.2017, the Trading Window for dealing in Bank's shares shall remain closed from 21.07.2017 to 31.07.2017 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The same has already been communicated separately to Directors and Designated Persons.
