DENSO (INDIA) LTD. - Updates on Financial Results for March 31, 2013

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2013, Denso India Ltd has informed BSE that in note 4 stating that the figures of the last quarter are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the published year to date unaudited figures up to the IIIrd quarter of the current financial year. Aforesaid note 4 has been referred in the heading of column 1 and corresponding changes has been made in note 2 and the heading. However there is no change in the financial figures in the results.<br/><br/>In this regard the Company has submitted to BSE Updated Statement of Audited Financial Results for March 31, 2013.
