To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2025 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2025. 2. To shift Registered Office of the Company within the state of Gujarat but outside local limits of City (i.e. from Bhavnagar to Surat).
