In compliance with the provisions of the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 and the Company''s code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons, the Trading window had been closed w.e.f. March,31, 2024, and the same shall re-open on May 28th, 2024.
