Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Caledonia Investments Plc. had withdrawn the nomination of Mr. Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala, (being a Nominee Director) from the Directorship of the Company with effect from November 22, 2014.<br/><br/>The Board of Directors, through resolution by circulation as per the provisions of Section 175 of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder have considered and accepted the withdrawal of nomination of Mr. Kaikhushru Vicaji Taraporevala from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from November 22, 2014.
