Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 29, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>- The Board of Directors, has recommended final dividend to be paid out of current year profits @ Rs. 2/- (Rs. 2/-) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to the equity shareholders.
