DEWAN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. - Fixes Record Date for Bonus Issue

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 31, 2015 has fixed September 10, 2015 as the Record Date for determining the names of the Members who shall be entitled to receive the Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every one equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by members).
