Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,1992, the "Trading Window" for trading in the Companys equity shares shall remain closed for the period from January 09, 2015 to January 17, 2015 (both days inclusive).
