Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Octobe21, 2014, inter alia, have declared an interim dividend for the financial year 2014-205 of Rs. 4/- per share is 40% on equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up.
