DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 18, 2014 till August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
