DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 28, 2016 till February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2015.
