DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2017, for the following:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>2. To consider the accounts and recommendation of dividend on the equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2017.<BR><BR>Further, as required under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 13, 2017 till May 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) in view of the above mentioned Board meeting.
