DFM Foods Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as required under the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 16, 2015 till October 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
