We write to inform that, in terms of the Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Designated Person under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window shall remain closed from 30th September, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and half yearly ending 30th September, 2022.
