Considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2024 along with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditor i.e., M/s JLN US & Co., Chartered Accountant, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended); 2. Considered and approved the Board's Report of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2024; 3. Convening of the 32nd AGM of the Company on Monday, 23rd September, 2024 at 01:30 P.M. (IST) through Physical Mode. The notice of 32nd AGM will be submitted later in due course of time separately.
