Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will be closed for Directors / designated persons / insiders / connected persons from the end of the quarter on March 31, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter.
