Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on September 29, 2015 has appointed Mr. Santosh Kumar Barik as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Bank and he has taken charge of the office with effect from October 01, 2015.
