In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015, attached is the Outcome of Board meeting held on 13.08.2024 at its registered office at 03.00 p.m. concluded at 04.20 p.m. the Board considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2024 along with Limited Review Report thereon. The UFR is been uploaded again with rectification in note no.1 to the UFR as per attached file.
