Pursuant to the provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended and "Dhanlaxmi Fabrics Limited''s code of conduct for Insiders" , the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remains close for all designated persons (as defined in the Code) from the closure of business hours of 30.06.2024, until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ended 30.06.2024.
