With reference to the above stated subject, we have received your letter dated 8th January, 2018 No. LIST/COMP/530949/102/2017-18 regarding completion of formalities for revocation of suspension. The following is the clarification of Note: C of Annexure I attached with your letter:<BR> <BR> i) Total Issued Capital includes the 3500000 unlisted Preference Shares of Rs 10/- each. Hence, Listed Capital is less than the Capital Issued by the company.<BR> <BR> ii) In Shareholding pattern only Listed Equity share is mentioned i.e. 6308753.<BR> <BR> iii) Quarterly results are prepared in the figures of crores. Therefore we mentioned the paid up equity share capital of Rs. 6.31 crores by rounding of the figure 63087530/-.<BR>
