The Board Meeting dated 13-08-2024 appointed (1) Mr. Rajat Banerjee a existing Members of the Audit Committee & Nomination and Remuneration Committee as Chairman of both Committes and (2) Mrs. Aditi Bagchi a exiting members of Stakeholders & CSR committee as Chairman of the both Committes instead of earlier Mr.Buddhadeb Basu holds as chairmanship of all Four Committees. Now w.e.f. 13/08/2024 Mr. Buddhadeb Basu retain as only Membership of all Four Commoittees. This is additinal disclosure as per BSE Requirement
