Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company, shall be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/designated employees of the Company from July 01, 2014 till August 15, 2014 (both days inclusive).
