Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend, if any, for the year 2013-14.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2014 till May 17, 2014 (both days inclusive).
