Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd has informed BSE that the next Board Meeting of the Company shall be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In this connection as per the Companys code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive).
