Dhunseri Ventures Ltd - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

We would like to inform that the Company has made the payment of fine levied for alleged non compliance of Regulation 17(A) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The said fine is paid "under protest". We would further like to inform that the Company is in the process of making an application requesting waiver of fines imposed by both NSE and BSE.
