Diamant Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2015, inter alia, has considered the following;<BR><BR>- Based on the recommendation of Board of Directors, Mohd Israil Haji Mohd Hanit Sheikh has been co-opted as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from July 21, 2015.
