Diamant Infrastructure Limited - Outcome of Board Meeting

Diamant Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:<BR><BR>Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Reenal Jigar Kamdar has been co-opted as Additional Directors of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has invested in 51%, paid up capital of Ginger Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, Nagpur for better project implementation.
