Diamines & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2015, has decided to Merge the Companys wholly owned subsidiary company named Diamines Speciality Chemicals Limited (DSCL) into its holding Company Named Diamines and Chemicals Limited (DACL) subject to necessary approvals from statutory Authorities.
