This is to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide order dated August 09, 2021 (Ref.: CP(IB) 137 of 2018), received today, has approved the extension of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process in the matter of Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited for 90 days from the date of order i.e. August 09, 2021.<BR> <BR> Also, the Form-G (Expression of Interest) for calling the Resolution Plans for Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited soon which shall also be intimated to this respected authority.
