Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that Shri Suresh Bhatnagare Executive Chairman and Director of the Company has retired from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In addition to this, Miss Nivedity Muljibhai Pandya has been appointed on the Board as an Additional Woman Director with effect from March 31, 2015.
