DIC INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of regulation of SEBI (PIT) Reg, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain close from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the financial results of the company for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 becomes generally available.
