DIC India Ltd - Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Reduction In Demand Raised In Show Cause U/S 73 Of WBGST Act, 2017.

This is in furtherance of the disclosure made on 13th September, 2025, please be informed that GST department, West Bengal has issued order in form DRC 07 in respect of the show cause notice (DRC 01) . As per the said notice, the Company received demand of INR 5,54,65,222/- . However basis the representation before the Joint Commissioner, LTU, Corporate Division, West Bengal, the said demand has been reduced to INR 4,67,740 in the final order.
