In continuation to our letter dated 27th June, 2024, regarding intimation of closure of Trading Window in terms of Company''s "Code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons", we further inform that, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed till Wednesday, 24th July, 2024.
