DIGJAM LTD. - Newspaper Advertisement for Notice of Court Convened Meeting of Equity Shareholders

With reference to the earlier letter dated November 02, 2015, the Company had, inter alia, informed about the Honble High Court of Gujarat had directed for convening the meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Digjam Ltd on December 12, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Registered Office of the Company for considering the aforesaid Scheme of Amalgamation. Digjam Ltd has now submitted to BSE a copy of the notice being published in newspapers as per directions of the Honble High Court.
