This is to confirm that the Company was not a Large Corporate as on March 31, 2021, as per the applicability criteria given under the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018. Accordingly, disclosures prescribed under the said circular are not applicable to the Company.
