Digjam Ltd - Cancellation Of Record Date

This is in continuation of our letter dated November 7, 2020 intimating about the fixation of the Record Date for extinguishment/cancellation of Shares as per the approved Resolution Plan.<BR> <BR> As there are various matters on which an opinion/clarification is being awaited from appropriate forums, for the sake of good governance, the Record Date which was fixed as November 20, 2020 by the Monitoring Committee, be and is hereby stands cancelled. The fresh Record Date will be intimated later. <BR>
