DISH TV INDIA LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares pursuant to ESOP Scheme of the Company

Dish TV India Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on June 22, 2015, has Approved the allotment of 50,960 fully paid equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 4 (Four) Employees of the Company, pursuant to the ESOP - 2007 Scheme of the Company read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended from time to time.
