Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd - Board Meeting Outcome for BOARD APPROVES ISSUE OF SENIOR, RATED, LISTED, SECURED, REDEEMABLE, NON-CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES AGGREGATING UP TO RS. 100 CRORES

We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, March 10, 2023 which was commenced at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 04:45 p.m., approved issuance of up to 10,000 (Ten thousand) senior, rated, listed, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) each, aggregating up to Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores), on a private placement basis (the 'Issue' or 'Debentures' or 'NCDs').
