Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of Postal Ballot, the Company has fixed cut-off date November 14, 2014 for the purpose of voting on Postal Ballot for both electronically and voting through Ballot paper. The Company will provide the e-voting facility of CDSL to its members for the businesses to be transacted through Postal Ballot. Further the Company has informed that Cut off date for determining members entitled to vote electronically is November 14, 2014.
