Intimation is hereby given that there was a fire incident at one of the units (Unit No.7) at our Bavla facility yesterday late evening and it had been brought under control. Health and safety of the people is always our prime concern and that has been achieved. We also do not see any major financial impact due to the incident. Moreover, the Company has an insurance policy for the assets damage and the loss of profit.
