Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting, the Company will provide the e-voting facility to its members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at 31st Annual General Meeting schedule to be held on September 04, 2014. Therefore the Company has fixed July 25, 2014 as cut off date for the purpose of determining the members entitled to vote electronically.
