With reference to the earlier announcement dated February 17, 2015, regarding Notice of Postal Ballot, Divis Laboratories Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of declaration of Postal Ballot results has been inadvertently mentioned as March 21, 2015 instead of March 20, 2015.<BR><BR>Accordingly, the date of declaration of Postal Ballot results should be taken as March 20, 2015.<BR>
