DIVI'S LABORATORIES LTD. - Board recommends Bonus Issue

Divis Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- On the eve of 25th year of formation of the Company, the Board is pleased to recommend issue of Bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., one (1) equity share for every one (1) equity share held as on a Record Date to be determined, subject to approval by the members of the Company.
