DLF LTD. - Changes in Directorship

DLF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2015, inter alia, have :<BR><BR>(i) Appointed Mr. A S Minocha as a non-executive Independent Director. Mr Minocha is a Chartered Account, Company Secretary and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Delhi having 50 years of industry experience. <BR><BR>(ii) Accepted the resignation of Ms Pia Singh from the position of Whole-time Director. However, she will continue as Non-executive Director on the Board.
