DLF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1).<br/><br/>Pursuant to the Companys Policy for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window shall remain closed from the end of market hours of July 23, 2014 and shall open after 24 hours from the time the decision of the Board is made public.
